Journey to Telunas
Traveling to Telunas is part of the adventure, whether you’re coming from Singapore, Jarkata, or Batam. Here’s everything you need to know to make your journey smooth and stress-free.
From Singapore, you’ll take the ferry from Harbourfront Center Ferry Terminal to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. It is approximately an hour ferry ride.
Book your BatamFast international ferry, with the following details:
- From Singapore:
- 10.00am ferry departure from Harbourfront Center (Singapore) to Sekupang (Batam). Most guests will arrive at Sekupang around 10:00 to 10:10am Batam time.

- Early Departure – 11:20am ferry departure from Sekupang (Batam) to Harbourfront Center (Singapore).
- Normal Departure – 03:20pm ferry departure from Sekupang (batam) to Harbourfront Center.
Upon Arrival in Batam from Singapore
- Upon your arrival at Sekupang, our staff (wearing blue Telunas Polo shirts) will escort you from the international terminal to the domestic terminal and accompany you on either a chartered boat or a local ferry departing at 11:00 am on your journey to Telunas.
- Lunch will be served upon arrival at Telunas.
Early Departure
- Our staff will escort you in the morning on a local ferry from Telunas at 8:15 am to Sekupang, and then your quick transfer from Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal to Sekupang International Ferry Terminal.
Normal Departure
- Our staff will escort you at 1:15pm to Sekupang on a local ferry from Telunas, and then your quick transfer from Sekupang Domestic Ferry Terminal to Sekupang International Ferry Terminal. Check-out time is at 11am. Lunch will be available for you to purchase at Telunas if you desire.

CHSE Certification
The Ministry of Tourism in Indonesia has awarded Telunas Resorts the CHSE certification. CHSE stands for Clean | Healthy | Safety | Environment.
The Ministry of Tourism ensures the consistent implementation of standard health protocols within the tourism sector, particularly for hotels.
The assessment process is based on a set of 81 sanitation and hygiene standard requirements established by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
To achieve this certification, Telunas Resorts met requirements related to safety and security management, food sanitation protocols, COVID-19 prevention measures, body inspection procedures, and guest travel history tracking.
