It all started with a dream—two college friends, Mike Schubert and Eric Baldwin, along with their wives, imagined a place where the stresses of life faded into the rhythm of the sea. A place so breathtakingly beautiful that it would captivate your soul and make you never want to leave.
In 2004, Telunas Resorts was born from that dream. What began as a small, family-run eco-resort quickly blossomed into something much bigger—a sanctuary that merges nature, adventure, and deep connection. From day one, our mission has been to offer unforgettable experiences that go beyond luxury; it’s about providing guests with the space to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the world around them.
Inspired by the spirit of the islands, we not only support the people who visit but also the people who call these islands home. Over the years, Telunas has grown into a hub for sustainable impact. Mike and Eric, free from the boundaries of formal hospitality training, had a passion to create something that would resonate with families, adventurers, and nature lovers alike. They envisioned a resort where the essence of island life would infuse every experience suitable for a romantic escape.
